VANILLA BEAN Vanilla bean cake filled and covered with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream. MEYER LEMON-BLACKBERRY-VIOLET Meyer lemon cake filled with blackberry-Crème de Violette compote and whipped lemon curd, covered in Meyer lemon buttercream. This flavor can be made without alcohol. PISTACHIO-RASPBERRY-ROSE Pistachio cake filled with raspberry reduction, raspberry panna cotta and rosewater cream, covered in pistachio buttercream. Alternatively, covered in Mediterranean fig leaf buttercream. CHOCOLATE MANHATTAN Chocolate cake brushed with housemade whiskey-Amarena cherry liqueur, filled with rich chocolate ganache, with sweet Vermouth buttercream. Alternatively, covered with Amarena cherry buttercream. HONEY LIQUEUR Vanilla bean cake brushed with honey liqueur, filled and covered with salted honey Swiss meringue buttercream. Alternatively, filled with raspberry reduction and/or rich chocolate ganache, and can be made without alcohol. RED WINE VELVET Sponge cake made of red wine, cocoa, and cinnamon, filled and covered with black pepper-gingerbread buttercream. CHOCOLATE Chocolate cake filled with rich chocolate ganache, covered with dark chocolate-brown sugar buttercream.
